Representing the interests of a citizen of the PRC in the Simonovsky District Court on the issue of recovery of compensation for moral harm. A Chinese citizen rolled over on a horse cart while walking in the Kolomenskoye park and was severely injured. The representatives of the park did not admit guilt and did not plan to pay compensation.
