We proved in court the bad faith of the ultimate purchasers of the real estate and the fact of withdrawal of the property against the will of the owner – as a result of an auction, recognized as invalid. The recovery of several land plots and the building on them (in fact, the only asset of the plaintiff in respect of which bankruptcy proceedings were opened) makes it possible to protect the interests of the plaintiff’s creditors. The case was won in all instances.

Reclaiming several land plots and a building on it (in fact, the only asset of the plaintiff, in respect of which bankruptcy proceedings have been opened) allows the interests of the plaintiff’s creditors to be observed. The case was won in all instances.
