Scope of Services

The lawyers of the Avelan firm supported the case at all stages: from ordering a report on the appraisal of the cost of a land plot from an appraisal company to obtaining a decision that has entered into force and submitting it to Rosreestr. They also prepared a legal position, ensured representation in court, prepared a set of documents that affect the market value during the appraisal (documents from the TIB, certificates of technical condition, etc., were collected by the disputed date). During the forensic examination, the market value of the land plot was substantiated by documents.
