A mechanism has been developed for completing the construction of a residential building (building No. 2), taking into account the developer’s bankruptcy proceedings.
A mechanism has been developed for the reconstruction (repair) of a new residential building (building No. 3) erected in violation of the norms, which was recognized as dangerous immediately after the completion of construction by the previous developer, and the resettlement of defrauded equity holders.
