RESULT:
Obtained the reversal of a court decision to recover RUB 6.6 million in favor of Rosseti PJSC by identifying and proving violations in the reporting and calculation of agreementless electricity consumption.
CORE OF THE CASE
In the first instance from our client to PJSC ROSSETI Moscow Region, was charged 6.6 million rubles for agreementless electricity consumption. The appellate court overturned the decision.
