RESULT:
Reduced the cadastral value by 800 million rubles, which allowed the client to save only on tax fees for 2022-2023: RUB 28.3 million.
CORE OF THE CASE
Defended the client’s interests in establishing the cadastral value of land and buildings equal to the market value in a lawsuit against the Moscow Department of Rosreestr and the Moscow City Property Department, reducing the cadastral value of all real estate objects of the JSC from 2 billion to 1.2 billion rubles.
