Compensation of significant losses to a client caused by the activity of an unscrupulous director. Formed current court practice in the Volga District in cases involving recovery of damages from a director. Won in three instances.
Core of the Case
The former director of the client leased sea vessels from another company and did not use them in society’s best interest, but actually provided them to other legal entities, for which he received “kickbacks”. We succeeded in recovering from the unscrupulous director the cost of using sea vessels during their use by third parties and thus compensating the company’s “cash gaps”.

Representing the interests of the plaintiff in courts of all instances. Collection and inclusion of a large amount of evidence of the use of the fleet by the defendant not in society’s interests.
