Winning in the court of first instance and cancellation of the decision of the court of appeal, which was negative for the client. The client is trying to recover losses in the amount of more than 100 million rubles incurred in settlements under a replacement transaction in order to prevent delays in oil operations in the Caspian Sea. After a successful recovery in the court of first instance, the client lost in the court of appeal, where the positive decision was canceled. In the court of cassation, we succeeded in overturning the appeal ruling and sending the case back for a new trial.
