The court of first instance succeeded in recovering the debt. During the appeal process, negotiations were held with the defendant. In the appellate court, the case ended with the conclusion of an amicable settlement, and the defendant agreed to voluntarily repay the debt.

Our client, large Chinese corporation, developed the unique project of coal-fired power units specifically designed for use in Russia. The Russian company successfully implemented the project, received payment from its customers, but refused to pay the client, claiming that warranty test certificates had not been signed.
