The client is one of the largest Chinese companies entering the Russian nuclear energy market. It is a strategic company whose territory and facilities are high-security objects; therefore, it is a matter of principle for the client to protect its facilities from any encroachment within the legal framework.
Core of the Case
Legal advice (written – in the form of legal opinions, oral – in the form of negotiations) on the recovery of damages from the company responsible for causing harm, holding negotiations between the parties to the dispute, conducting mediation procedures. At the moment, the firm’s lawyers are trying to resolve the conflict out of court through mediation. A number of agreements have been reached, which, most likely, will lead to a peaceful resolution of this conflict, without judicial procedures.

Legal support of the rights and interests of the client on the issue of causing damage to his land and property on it as a result of construction work on an adjacent land plot by another organization (construction customer)
