The client plans to build a plant for the production of wind power equipment, as well as supply this equipment from China, ensure its installation, maintenance, operation, and sale. Due to the fact that the client is just entering the Russian market, he needed an understanding of all legal issues related to this activity. Legal advice (written – in the form of legal opinions, oral – in the form of negotiations) on the construction of a plant, the acquisition of land, taxation of real estate and other client’s activities, legal regulation of the construction and operation of wind turbines.
