A one-time collection of a delivery debt from a client in the amount of more than 100 million rubles would lead to the client’s insolvency and the inability to implement existing large projects for large state corporations.

A claim was made against the client for more than 120,000,000 rubles. The case was closed by a voluntary settlement agreement on 05.07.2019. As a result, the parties settled mutual claims and continued cooperation on the implementation of construction projects.
