When applying the limitation period, the dates for recognizing the owner of the disputed property as a victim and the beginning of the limitation period were distinguished. The practice of the European Court of Human Rights on the need to take into account the good faith of public bodies has been confirmed. The case was won in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and in the Moscow City Court.
