CORE OF THE CASE
Provided legal assistance in the sale of “Vrubelevo Residential Park,” a complex comprising several multi-storey buildings and infrastructure facilities located at Vrubeleva Street, Bogoslovka Village, Omsk District, Omsk Region, for a total amount of RUB 700 million. The project’s complexity stemmed from the client’s status as a creditor in the bankruptcy case of the developer NST LLC.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Conducted valuation and appraisal of the assets to be sold. Managed the transaction’s legal aspects considering the client’s role as a bankruptcy creditor in the NST LLC case. Identified suitable buyers and investors for various assets. Developed and implemented legal mechanisms to facilitate the efficient transfer of diverse properties.
