The client purchased several stages of apartment hotels under construction on the first coastline in the city of Gelendzhik. The previous owner issued permits and urban planning documentation. Task: to conduct a full audit of the documentation for readiness for further construction and develop an algorithm for further actions to start construction.
Scope of Services
Legal audit of documentation for construction and full support of the client’s activities in terms of completion of the purchased facilities (including negotiation of agreements with contractors and other counterparties, preparation of necessary documentation, etc.).
