Pavel specialises in commercial dispute resolution.
Master of Laws in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution, Queen Mary University of London.
He represents the interests of Russian and foreign companies in courts and arbitrations. Clients include media, energy, pharmaceutical, maritime, construction and insurance companies. With Pavel’s participation, clients have defended trademark rights, recovered immovable property from third parties, recovered assets in bankruptcy, contested and defended against contested transactions, and achieved peace with opponents.

Pavel co-founded the RCHP Alumni Association and, together with his alma mater colleagues, publishes the RCHP Journal, publishes books and holds academic and practical events on private law.

He is also a speaker at various professional conferences and an author of articles in the journals Vestnik (Herald) of Civil Law, Vestnik of Economic Justice, Law, Arbitrazhnaya Praktika.
