Use of residential premises under social rent agreement: new article in our blog on Yandex Zen

Events

Lawyer Maxim Obukhov published an article in our corporate blog on Yandex Zen (only in Russian language) responding to the recent popular question: how to “check out” a family member from the apartment under the social rent contract without his consent.

M. Obukhov explains in detail the specifics of living quarters under the social rent agreement, the legal status and obligations of the tenant (his relatives and close friends), confirming with references to the current legislation and examples of judicial practice.

The article examines in detail the issue of the exclusion from the contract of social rent and the removal of a family member from the register in the absence of his consent.

The author reasonably points out that it is much harder to “write out” a relative (if he does not agree) than to “enter” him.
