Veronica Velichko, Head of Real Estate and Construction practice at Avelan Law Firm, participated in the experts poll of lawyers for the special supplement of “Business Guide Legal Forum” of Kommersant St. Petersburg on the meaningful Russian legislative novels of 2023.
Veronica Velichko told about the draft laws which were only introduced for discussion in the State Duma of the Russian Federation, but their significance was rather high. In particular, this is a draft law on the regulation of common property in cottage communities.
“The central problem for cottage settlements is the lack of regulation in the current legislation on the legal regime of the common property of the owners of individual houses”, —says V. Velichko.
